We are a small company that leverages the experience and expertise of our vast network of working partners, including real estate agents, architects, land developers, and trade partners. We truly believe that our relationships with these partners create a successful homebuilding experience.
Why Brookfield
Brookfield Homes was founded by Chris Kelly. Over the last two decades, Chris has developed and delivered almost 700 homes ranging from $130k to $2million. Early in his homebuilding career, Chris concentrated on high end custom homes and renovations in the Buckhead, Sandy Springs, and Vinings area. Between 2007 and 2013, he founded and grew a production homebuilding company to 135 closings a year. Before homebuilding, Chris spent a decade in senior management and operations positions with an international supply chain solutions provider.

Chris’ expertise in accounting, purchasing, job costing and scheduling plays a primary role as he oversees all aspects of the homebuilding process. Working with trade partners and creating efficiencies within the home building process is critical to providing homes at the best value possible.
As a graduate of Duke University, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He and his family reside in Roswell, Georgia.
